Huntingdon Antiques Fair will be taking photos at their events. These images will be used by Huntingdon Antiques Fair to share news about the Fair, propagate our galleries and to publicise our next Fair. Images may be used in press releases, printed publicity and published on Huntingdon Antiques Fair's Social Media channels and website. They will be stored securely. If you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed or you would like us to remove an image please email please email –huntingdonantiquesfairuk@gmail.com at any time.


Terms & Conditions Huntingdon Antiques Fairs

 

1) All bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

1.1) In addition to these terms and conditions compliance with the Law and Authorities must be observed at all times.

1.2) In addition to these terms and conditions, the Stall holder/Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of the insurance policies of the Owner and the Organiser at all times.

2) Organiser’s liability - cancellation of the Fair, force majeure etc.

2.1) The organizer shall be under no obligation to repay the charges/fees paid or payable by the Stall Holder/Exhibitor/Public Admission fee paying customer(s) for the fair being abandoned, cancelled or postponed for the following reasons: Acts of God, war, fire, flood, accident, emergency, labour shortage, trade dispute, threat of or happening of a terrorist act, strike, government or local lockdown restriction(s), civil disturbance, the non-availability of the fair venue or any other cause not within the organisers control.

2.2) The organisers reserve the right to change the dates and/ or location and/or layout of a fair at any time.

3) Stall Holder/Exhibitor/Public Admission fee paying customer(s) Booking and Cancellation policies

3.1) All Booking enquiries will be responded to via email and bookings are not complete or pitches reserved until payment in full has been received.

3.2) Ticket confirmation will be emailed within 48h of payment receipt. Tickets can be collected at the gate on the day of the fair paid for.

3.3) All requests for cancellation must be submitted to the organiser in writing to huntingdonantiquesfairuk@gmail.com and the following applies.

(a) Any pitch that is booked and paid for must be cancelled within 1 calendar month before the fair due date to be considered for a refund or credit (full or part) at the organisers discretion. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN WITHIN 1 CALENDAR MONTH OF ANY FAIRS DUE DATE.

(b) Public Admission tickets and Early Bird admission tickets are NOT refundable but may be subject to credit at the organisers discretion and cancellations must be made in writing to huntingdonantiquesfairuk@gmail.com.

4) No Pitch will be reserved or treated as allocated until the stall holder has paid the charges/fees in full.

4.1) The organiser reserves the right to at any time make alterations to positioning or fair plans that may be necessary for the benefit of the fair as a whole.

4.2) The organiser reserves the right to at any time withdraw a pitch allocation at their discretion.

4.3) No Admission ticket is valid until paid for in full and ticket receipt has been issued by the organiser. Admission tickets for non-stall holders will be available for collection at the admissions gate on the day of the fair.

4.4) The organiser reserves the right to refuse to admit or to expel from the fair venue any person at any time notwithstanding that persons possession of a valid ticket and the organiser will not be obliged to refund any fees paid.

4.5) Pitches are NOT TRANSFERABLE. Exhibitors may not sub-let the whole or any part of their stand without prior permission from the organisers.

4.6) Each Exhibitor or Admissions ticket holder attends the Fair entirely at their own risk. All vehicles are parked at owner’s risk.

4.7) The Stall Holder/Exhibitor is responsible for and shall indemnify the organiser in respect of all claims (whether arising from personal injury or damage to property or otherwise) arising in connection with the erection or dismantling of the stall holders Pitch and anything permitted, omitted or done thereon or there from during the period of the Fair or during the construction and dismantling period. The organiser strongly advise exhibitors to arrange their own insurance.

4.8) The Organiser will take such precautions as it may consider appropriate for the proper running of the Fair but will not at any time be responsible for the loss of, or damage to, or safety of any pitch, sale goods or displays or other property of a stall holder or any other person under any circumstances.

4.9) No early packing down. Vehicles will NOT be allowed into the Main Arena Area during the public opening hours (this applies to Inside and Arena traders)

4.10) The speed limits at the showground MUST be adhered to at all times.

5) Catering other than in respect of a pitch designated for the provision of food, all articles for human consumption whether for eating or drinking (other than for personal consumption by an stall holder within the fair venue) must be obtained from official caterers

5.1) Catering stands are not available to pitch for the purpose of providing catering as this service is provided by the venue.

6) NO RUBBISH, GOODS OR MATERIALS TO BE LEFT OR DUMPED AT ANY TIME. Stall holders are responsible for keeping their pitches clean and taking away all rubbish and materials from the venue as they leave the event. Failure to do so will result in additional charges from the venue owner and organizer and may affect the ability to pitch at future events.

7) No naked flames/lights. No oil, gas electrical fittings to be used at the fair. All electrical equipment should be PAT tested.

8) The organizer reserves the right to ask a stall holder to remove any items from their stand that are not acceptable or that may cause offence.

9) All Children and Dogs must be accompanied by an adult, at all times. Please keep dogs on leads, clean up mess and take away, dogs must be under control at all times.

10) All stall holders/exhibitors/public admission fee paying customers MUST have vacated the site by the end of the dismantling/pack down period otherwise they are subject to £300/hr charge there after. Customer vehicle registration may be collected to help inforce this rule.

11) The stall holder/exhibitor should immediately report any complaint to the organiser or appointed stewards at the fair venue.

11.1) Any issues or complaints not resolved on the day of the fair or event should be put in writing to the organiser at huntingdonantiquesfairuk@gmail.com and appropriate action will be taken.

11.2) All of our traders that sell or use electrical items on their stand must have all of their electronics PAT tested if they are not new. We take no responsibility for any faults with electrical items, and it is down to the individual to use or be selling safe equipment/stock.

Privacy:

Our fairs are in England and therefore comes under English law and jurisdiction with respect to the content of this site and the Data Protection Act.
Information and use of our site and other related social media platforms for Huntingdon Antiques Fair - Where you may give information about yourself in the process of perusing our site or booking a fair, contact by email, booking forms, telephone or financial will not be revealed to any third party unless required to by law. We use photographs to illustrate our fairs on the website. If any photos that include yourself or that you wish to be removed, please contact at us via email on the website or as stated on our fliers and we will remove. We do not store details given in the process of bookings any longer than necessary in order.
We are unable to fully guarantee that the contents of the site are free from viruses or some such which have destructive or contaminating properties and shall therefore have no liability in respect thereof. The site is checked for viruses using appropriate software. Payment is by BACS or cash at the gate and is not in any way stored other than as a bank transaction.
